Isaac Heyn
Isaac Heyn Owner

Isaac is the fifth generation in a family of construction leaders. At the age of 18, he began working for his experienced grandfather on significant commercial projects in the local area. After nearly a decade of experience with a respected Spokane-based general contractor, he left a leadership position to take the leap and establish his own business. His mission? To serve the community with excellence and forge lasting relationships. Beyond his professional pursuits, Isaac wears the hats of a devoted husband and father of three. His commitment extends beyond bricks and mortar; he is an intense problem solver, meticulously ensuring that every project aligns with the vision and needs of his clients. Isaac’s unwavering dedication to excellence sets him apart in the industry.

Justin Olney
Justin Olney Owner

Justin worked for one of the largest General Contractors in Spokane for over 17 years. He supervised the construction of several Spokane landmarks before setting out on his own. He enjoys problem solving, and building coalitions to achieve the impossible. One of his greatest strengths was building lasting teams that defied the odds to achieve what would seem overwhelming to most. He believes how you get to your destination is as important as the destination itself, making sure that each step considers the relationships around him. His family, his team, and his clients. He is a proud husband, and father to 5 kids. Everything he does personally and professionally is to live as an example to them.

Dakota's roots are in a small central Washington town, where she learned the value of treating people right. Since moving to Spokane in 2016, she's applied her strong work ethic to roles in administration and customer service within the local business community. A natural perfectionist, Dakota takes pride in excelling at her work. Outside the office, she's a dedicated wife and mother of three, committed to living out values of honesty and community involvement.
